Before we got to see the Biathlon, we were thinking to ourselves, "Self, how exciting can this be?". Boy, were we surpised. This was a sprint (meaning it was a short distance) and was pursuit (meaning that people were stagger-started and had to chase the leader). The Europeans really love this event, and after having seen it I can understand why.
